About Laura

Laura completed her primary and secondary education in Dandenong and Oakleigh and then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws with honours at Monash University.
 
Laura has worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer for almost a decade. 
 
Outside of work, study and political involvement, Laura enjoys supporting local Australian comedy, musicians and entertainers and is an active supporter of the arts, both locally in her neighbourhood near Ferntree Gully, and throughout Melbourne.

Named after Charles La Trobe 1801-75, first Lieutenant-Governor of Victoria 1851-54.
