The Australian Financial Review report this morning shows the Howard Government is completely out of touch with working families on climate change - when it rejected ratifying Kyoto a mere six weeks ago.
Earlier this year, the Howard Cabinet considered a proposal to ratify Kyoto and they rejected it.
The Howard Government comprises climate change skeptics and deniers.
When they had the chance to join the world community on climate change, they did not.
Environment Minister Malcolm Turnbull is reported in today's Australian Financial Review agreeing with the two main planks of Labor's climate change plan – but then the Howard Government rejected ratifying the Kyoto Protocol.
The Howard Government isn't serious about climate change.
It has spent twice as much on advertising as it has on climate change, and it can't even decide what it thinks on Kyoto and emissions reduction targets.
