Since 2002 Tim has specialised in asbestos litigation. Tim also represented Indigenous landowners in Papua New Guinea and Bougainville in class actions against large international corporations.

Tim is passionate about Indigenous issues. He has spent time in a volunteer capacity working and living in Punmu, a remote Indigenous community located in the North West of Western Australia.

He also acts for many Indigenous victims of road trauma, often travelling to remote communities  to negotiate compensation claims on behalf of injured plaintiffs.

Tim was also a Federal Candidate in the seat of Swan in the 2010 Federal Election, and has played an active role in many State and Federal campaigns before and since.
