Noah joined Labor at the age of 21 while living in Mount Macedon in rural Victoria. His mother has been a one eyed Labor supporter forever and has had a strong impact on Noah’s political views right from the start.
Noah Carroll was State Secretary of the Victorian ALP from 2011 to 2016. As Victorian ALP Campaign Director Noah led Labor's successful 2014 State Election campaign, steering Daniel Andrews' team to victory against a first term Coalition Government.
He has previously been employed as a Ministerial Advisor to the Victorian Treasurer, Advisor to the Minister for Finance and Consumer Affairs, and as an Advisor to the Minister for Gaming and Consumer Affairs.
He considers himself exceptionally lucky to count his wife Sarah and his beautiful children Isabella and Harrison as part of the Carroll family.
His hobbies include time with the family, a very poor standard of fly-fishing, 4WDing, camping, running and the St Kilda football club.
