Christina shares a small farm in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland with her husband Brent, her parents, and an assortment of cattle, horses, dogs and chooks.
A move from inner-city Brisbane to rural Maleny has made Christina keenly aware of the need for governments to ensure rural and regional people have access to jobs, health services, education and transport.
Christina believes in supporting our local schools and hospitals, not big banks. She will work with communities and small businesses right across Queensland to improve infrastructure, support our seniors’ community and attract jobs.
Christina is also passionate about finding the right balance for the interests of agriculture, the environment and tourism to allow our rural towns and smaller cities to thrive.
