Tracey Bell, Labor’s candidate for Moncrieff, has lived on the Gold Coast for over 20 years, raised her two children locally while working for nearly 19 years as a local early-childhood educator and advocate.
As a director of a local early childhood centre, Tracey believes all children should receive a quality education from birth. Tracey is proud to be part of Labor’s team that will expand Kindy access to every 3 and 4-year-old in Australia.
Tracey has advocated for pay rises for early educators, some of the nation’s lowest paid workers in this country. That’s why Tracey will stand up for locals and fight for better wages, reversing the Morrison LNP government’s disastrous penalty rates cuts.
Tracey is actively involved in her local community and was a Commonwealth Games volunteer.
