National Anti-Corruption Commission

At the 2022 Federal Election and after a decade of Coalition rorts, Labor demanded a return to integrity and trust in our Parliament.

That’s why establishing the National Anti-Corruption Commission was one of our top priorities.

The NACC is an independent, transparent and powerful body that will investigate serious or systemic corruption in the federal public sector and politics.

It has broad jurisdiction, retrospective powers and the ability to hold public hearings.
Australians put their trust in Labor to restore integrity to politics. We’re getting on with the job.
